Ron Kosloff has hit the nail right on the head with this product it has added to my training in so many ways. It is a great source for quality protein right when you need it, it can be used between meals, before or after meals or as a late nite snack to stave off hunger with out the fatt. It also adds so much power to your muscle fibers your strength gains will grow well beyond your expectations.
